At Xirosys Cloud Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction across all our products including Anyventory, Tappora, and Propovo. However, due to the nature of digital services and software, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Automatic Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds for any subscriptions, purchases, or upgrades once a payment is completed. This is because our products are delivered digitally and accessed immediately.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, for example:

  • You were charged mistakenly
  • You experienced a critical, unresolved issue that made the product unusable

3. Free Trials

Where a free trial is available, we encourage you to evaluate the product before purchasing. Charges begin automatically after the trial ends unless canceled.

4. Third-Party Billing

Payments are securely processed via Paddle. Refund requests should be initiated by contacting us directly, and not through Paddle unless instructed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid future charges. However, canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
